A Little Friendly Competition — Membership Style
The Membership Committee is excited to take on a new BBIA tradition this December — bowling!
As we look for more ways to bring our members together, welcome new faces and create opportunities to make connections outside of our regular meetings, this felt like a perfect fit for Membership.
And because a little friendly competition makes everything more fun, we'd like to officially challenge our fellow BBIA committees and councils to put together a team and join us for a committee-vs.-committee bowling competition!
Government Affairs, PWB, Young Professionals, Commercial, Education & Workforce — we're calling you out. Who's bringing home the bragging rights?
But this isn't just about the competition. We also want our members to invite someone new to join us. Bring a friend, colleague or industry professional who may not know much about BBIA yet and give them a chance to meet our members, have some fun and learn more about our association in a relaxed setting.
It's an easy way to introduce someone to BBIA without asking them to walk into a meeting where they may not know anyone. They can come bowl, meet people, make connections and see for themselves what our BBIA community is all about.
So start working on those teams and save the date for December 18!
More details will be coming soon, but for now, consider the challenge officially issued.
We'll see you at the lanes!
